2.2 NO WARRANTIES

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The results will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors will be corrected

2.3 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEGALPRIZM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event.

• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• No refunds for partial periods
• Payment processing by Stripe

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through account settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
